5F-Flouro-AMB also known as SGT-25 is an analogue of 5-Fluoro AB-PINACA with the 1-amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutanyl replaced with a Cumyl group. It is also an indazole group synthetic cannabinoid.
5F-CUMYL-PINACA is a synthetic cannabinoid that acts as a potent agonist for the CB1 and CB2 receptors. It is often sold as a C-Liquid.
In more recent assays, 5F-CUMYL-PINACA was variously observed to have an EC50 of approximately 0.43 nM, which suggests a higher CB1 selectivity than previously reported. However, these figures cannot be compared to each other.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
